Are you dreaming of making a fourth friend? Want to become a volunteer? Or maybe you just decided to add a plus to your karma and help homeless animals? Then rather mark this date on the calendar and do not miss your chance!
On June 23, 2018, the Public Association for the Protection of Animals "Aegis" invites everyone to a charity event. In the Minsk Tivoli Park on Petra Glebka Street, 60 cats and dogs will be looking for new owners. These touching, a little timid, but affectionate animals more than anything else want to become domestic! And for this they did everything in their power - they survived on the street, did not die from illness and injury, did not become embittered by human cruelty. And the volunteers helped them a bit.
Animals fully prepared to become domestic animals will come to the event, they are all healthy, vaccinated, sterilized by age, and will be examined by veterinarians from the state service before the action. Animals are free! If you are going to a rally with the aim of choosing an animal, grab a leash and collar for dogs and a carrying / bag for cats. When transferring animals to the new owner, an acceptance certificate is drawn up, so please have a passport with you. All questions of potential owners will be ready to answer veterinarians and dog handlers.
Those who are not yet ready to get an animal, but want to help animals, will have the opportunity to learn from our volunteers how to do this.
During the charity event, the “Assistance Tent” will work, where you can bring food, ammunition, fillings, carryings, trays and everything that is necessary for keeping animals in shelters and overexposure. Also, everyone can make a donation right on the spot.
The action will be organized entertainment program:
- Performances of Belarusian artists
- The ability to take a momentary photo as a keepsake
- For the smallest, animators and aqua-primers and much more will work.
Come with the whole family! Play with cats and dogs, take pictures with them. Give new life to homeless animals or help volunteers in their daily care of the wards! And remember, taking a stray dog or cat to your home, you give them a second chance for a long and happy life! Help them find their "Way home!". Starting to do good deeds is never too late!
